All branches offer counter sales and advice, key cutting services for all types of keys, and supply a comprehensive range of locks, safes, UPVC replacement parts, and ironmongery.
Locked out? We offer an emergency Locksmith call out service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for new installations, repairs, and gaining entry to all types of doors and safes.
We can assess your security requirements and offer a ‘no obligation’ quotation for security upgrades, key suiting, and additional security solutions, indluding electronic security.
Our history
The branch was first established in 1968 as “Key and Lock Supplies Moordown”.
In 2008 the business was sold and renamed to “Access Key and Lock”, until it was acquired in 2015 by Croma Locksmiths, and is now Bournemouth's longest running security business, securing Dorset for over 50 years.
All of our staff are fully trained locksmiths with a combined knowledge of over 65 years. Using their combined knowledge and experience of the industry to supply Dorset, and surrounding areas, with quality security solutions.
We can advise, over the phone or in store, as to the best products to suit your application. Most of our stock is displayed in an extensive showroom in the branch on Wimbourne Road, and we can look to source any items and offer a next day delivery service.
Alongside our modern Locksmith methods, we maintain the practice of traditional bench locksmithing, allowing us to repair a range of obsolete locks and ironmongery as well as craft keys for antique locks from all over the world.
