Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time office based administrator within our Locksmith division in Whiteley. We are looking for a positive person who is highly motivated and customer focused passionate about delivering a high standard of work. Supporting the head of Locksmith departments


The position will attract a competitive salary based on experience and training will be provided.

The position involves providing outstanding customer service and attention to detail.



The role consists of:


- Monitoring emails and reacting to inbound enquires.


- Booking Locksmith appointments


- Engaging in a professional manner with our customers


- Capturing details from customers and engineers and inputting the information accurately into our systems


- Ensure all communication is written or spoken in a friendly manner to ensure our customers understand


- Taking calls and assisting our communicating with our field engineers.


- Arranging correct parts for jobs


- Assisting with the preparation and forwarding or Quoted works


- Simple Costing of completed works and invoicing


This role is based at our head office in Whiteley working the hours of 08:30am until 17:00PM.



- Essential skills required:


- Good customer service skills


- Literate in spoken and written English


- Keen eye for detail


- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel


- Good time keeping

Salary: From £10.42 per hour
